The billets let their charges sleep in this
Friday morning before taking them out on a
variety of activities. All except Corrie who is
suffering from a throat infection and is staying in
with Lalita and his host family. There are a few
others suffering a little under the weather, but this
is being put down to tiredness and excitement.

Richard and Sandy went into the city centre
and checked out the view from the 26th floor of
the LDS Church Office building as they planned
to take the group up there on Monday. From there
all of Salt Lake City can be seen.
A superficial browse of the stores seemed to
indicate that the prices were just about the same
as in New Zealand so some ba rgain hunting
looked to be in order.
The Mall opposite Temple Square had a
great variety of food stores, convenience shops
and department stores.
