Ontario Mills Mall

On the way from the hotel to Ontario Mills shopping
mall the bus passed through a five-level intersection.

No-one was interested in getting up for
breakfast today, preferring to catch as much sleep
before the last full day in the States and some
serious shopping at Ontario Mills Mall.
The bus left at 8:30am for the massive single
-story mall – the mall to beat all malls as far as the
group was concerned!
The outlets were arranged around a wide
corridor that did what seemed to be a 1km loop! It
seemed that far when one had to walk it hunting
for purchases.
The stores were grouped in sections of
similar items and the food hall was a little larger
than a football field! The book stores were cheaper
than in NZ and the Summer sales saw many items
of winter apparel at very attractive prices.
The bus had no standing room on the way
back as every crevice was crammed with shopping
bags, packets, parcels and a myriad of other items.
Once again the group caught the business
traffic heading home and it took over an hour
before arriving back at the hotel.
