The photographs at the canyon were in
the late afternoon with the sun in a less than
perfect position for good shots.
Visits to the pueblo souvenir shop and the
lookout shop were well worthwhile with more
money being spent. A long 2 meter panoramic
photograph of the canyon was purchased for
donation to the school on arrival back in NZ.
The 5 hour journey back through Boulder
City to Las Vegas was met with snores, sound
tracks from the videos and broken occasionally
with silence as lost sleep was caught up on.
