Rangiherehere and Riki Lee admire Jesse’s plastic-wrapped cigar at the shopping stop-over on Route 66. The stop was
barely 20 minutes into the journey. The operator must have had an arrangement with tour buses!

Up for a 7am breakfast at McDonalds of
Boulder City. It cost $US98.00 for the 32 meals
served. At 8:30 the bus pulled in to the
McDonalds car park and the group left to head
back over Hoover Dam and briefly onto the
famous Route 66.
