ur programme this year was full-on!
We performed at the Tainui High
School Regionals and were placed
second! This entitled us to attend the
National Competition in Wellington in
2008.
We also sang for our representatives
at the Manu Korero competitions.
Right now we are gearing up for the
Nationals next year and we know it is
going to be a massive event and
experience and we are encouraging
others to join us.
Wirihana Kane, Reremoana Stephens
and Rimutere Wharakura were dynamic
in their leadership of the group and we
were all extremely appreciative of their
commitment.
Ngaria Walker, Malyna Huaki and all
the whanau from TPM Kapahaka did a
magnificent job in tutoring us.
