Hamilton Stake Temple Evening
WEDNESDAYS
Ward and Branch Assignments 2014
Assignments are the responsibility of the Ward High Priests Group Leader and should be
made in conjunction with the Elders Quorum President, Relief Society President and the
Bishop. Be aware that the Glenview Stake also shares the Wednesday evening with the
Hamilton Stake.
All endowed members should be encouraged to regularly attend the Temple.
Every Wednesday night is specifically set aside for members of the Hamilton Stake to
participate in Temple ordinances.
Initiatory proxies . . .
Six males and six females required to be ready at 6:15pm prior to session.
Sealing proxies . . .
Four males and four females required at each session.
Baptisms . . .
Proxies and workers are to be present in the Temple by 6:00pm. It is essential that seven
workers and at least two chaperones are required, along with any number of proxies (usually
youth). Assignment lists must be faxed to the Temple at least three days (i.e. on Sunday) prior
to the assigned session.
Endowments . . .
The session starts at 6:30pm. Please be ready by 6:15pm.
Ordinance Workers
? The Wednesday 6:30pm session each week is the Hamilton Stake responsibility. The prayer
meeting is held at 5:45pm.
? Supervisory assignments will be made by the
Stake Temple Supervisors and will be changed VISITORS CENTRE OPENING HOURS
Sunday - Friday: 10am to 9pm
