NFC Community Theatre’s dedication to inspire talent, build confidence and encourage leadership for all ages is awe inspiring. Over 50 NFC students, College employees, area children and community members helped bring the characters and storyline to life in January. NFC alumnus Larry McWilliams and The Sunset Stomp Jazz Band provided a night to remember during a Feb. 25 Mardi Gras performance at Van H. Priest Auditorium. The show marked Larry’s fourth concert for the NFC Artist Series. His first Artist Series performance featuring a big band took place in 2007, followed by big band performances in 2010 and 2015.
