Born in Oil City , Pennsylvania , on June 14 , 1971 , Scott was a devoted husband , loving father , cherished son , grandson , brother , uncle , nephew , cousin , and friend to many .
Scott was a respected member of the Unilock family , where he assumed many roles in his 29-year career , most recently as a sales manager . His colleagues will remember him for his dedication , charisma , and the genuine relationships he fostered within the industry .
Beyond his professional achievements , Scott was known for his zest for life and his diverse interests . An avid golfer , he found serenity on the greens and enjoyed the camaraderie of fellow enthusiasts . His passion for the outdoors extended to hunting , where he skillfully combined patience and skill . Scott ' s talent for turkey calling was renowned among his peers , and he took pride in his homemade brews , a testament to his love for beer making .

Frank enjoyed spending the summers with his family at their lake house in New Hampshire . Whether you met Frank once or knew him for a lifetime , you recognized that he was one of a kind . He had the most generous heart and kind soul . Rest in peace , Frank .
Competition fueled Scott ' s spirit , whether it was a friendly game or a more serious contest . He was a loyal fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers , displaying unwavering support through every season . Travel and beach vacations were among Scott ' s favorite ways to unwind and create lasting memories with his wife Krystin and family .
