NOTICES OF MOTION (MBC CONSTITUTION CLAUSE 16 (D))
The Secretary shall receive Notices of Motion to be included on the Agenda of the
Annual General Meeting or any General Meeting at least 28 days (28) days prior to
the meeting at which they will be discussed.
Notices of Motion shall be notified to members as set out in Rule 17 of the bylaws
not less than fourteen days (14) days prior to the meeting.
