Adult students may come back to school, too
A

needed to attain a high school diploma or
GED are encouraged to come back to
school!
Students ages sixteen years of age or older,
who are not already enrolled in a secondary
school, may enroll in free classes through Metro
North Adult Basic Education (ABE), a program
sponsored by Anoka-Hennepin Community
Education.
“The education that we offer is customized for
adults,” explains Pat Adams, Adult Basic
Education program manager. “When students
come into our class, they find that what we work
on is very meaningful and applicable to their
lives.”
