The report presented by LexpressProperty. com is based on statistics collected via Google Analytics and the LexpressProperty. com back office during the period from 1st August 2023 to 31st July 2024. We use data recorded by the site’ s search engine— approximately 11 million page views— for a total site traffic of around 2.2 million visits during the period. 70 % of visits come from Mauritius( locals, expatriates, and tourists), while 30 % come from abroad. We also used data from the listings available on the site during this period, sorting and analysing among our 14,000 advertisements.
