Our S2 Business students have been competing in the # DigiInventors Challenge again this year . The # DigiInventorsChallenge , in association with Glasgow Warriors and the Digital Health & Care Innovation Centre ( DHI ) is now entering its fifth year and is going from strength to strength . of the range prizes and the opportunity to work with industry experts to develop their idea into a Minimal Viable Project ( MVP ).
They are on a mission to find smart new ways to help Scotland ' s and the United Arab Emirates ' ( UAEs ') young people keep active , staying healthy and happy , now and in the future .
The challenge itself asks student to work in teams to identify health and care challenges that you face on a daily basis ( it could be friends or family living with diabetes , asthma , Alzheimer ' s , or something completely different ) and to come up with a digital idea that could potentially be transformed into a real digital solution .
They received goodie bags containing wireless headphones , notepads , water bottles , chargers and more ! Well done to Savanna , Amy , Laura and Ashlyn – and good luck for the final !
Students were using their digital skills to carry out market research , create a PowerPoint , a business plan , logos and promotional materials and also work on a wireframe for their app .
We are delighted to announce that our team You Wish , We Assist have made it through to the final again this year . They will be taking part in a 2-day virtual bootcamp this week , and virtual final ( where you ' ll present to our panel of expert judges ). They are competing for top
