Written by Emma Taylor , S6 The travel and Tourism Elective have been busy making lattes , cappuccinos , hot chocolates and many more with their Barista Training . They have enjoyed serving both students and teachers passing by with their wonderful hot drinks at the Creation Station . The young baristas said their favourite part of the course was learning how to use the coffee machine properly and learning how to present their coffees in a professional way .
Mr Hamilton ’ s class have been selling their coffees and teas to staff – they issued a MS Form to interested staff and take orders each week . They then deliver the drinks to classrooms each week , seeking feedback .
Memorial Garden
S3 People and Society pupils have been working towards a Marr Memorial Garden . With the help of our DYW group they have started painting the area . Well done everyone .
