Animatronics

Thank you, animatronics.

I hear your gears inside my ear,

the winding and grinding.

Your faces are animals,

the ones that I can handle.

You talk, you rock!

You can seem creepy.

Up on the stage you

look like you're filled with

rage. It's like you’re in a

cage. You look down at

me. I take a look around me.

It's kind of a creepy place.

It has a lot of space, but it's

a waste of this pizza place.

I head out the door. I didn't

want more than I could

store. “I'm home,” I say, then

I see an animatronic on the

floor across the back door…
