The last day of training commenced with Prof. Andrew Kakabadse's speech, Professor of governance and Leadership, Henley Business school, University of Reading. He talked about the Corporate Governance and Best Practices for Listed Companies. He outlined Corporate Governance Principles and the Role of Independent Directors and Audit Comitees.
Daniela Maior PhD., President and Co-Founder of Romanian Investor Relations Association, demonstrated Investor Relations - How to Attract and Maintain Investor Interest? She emphasized the critical role of investor relations in capital market development, showing how strong IR practices, supported by institutional trust and clear communication, significantly influence investor decisions and market performance.
Daniela Maior PhD., President and Co-Founder of Romanian Investor Relations Association and Vlad Obreja, Head of Public Affairs, ARIR, held an Interactive Workshop: Investor Meeting Simulation. During the workshop, participants played the role of a listed company and investors. And also a Financial report and Handling Tough Questions were presented.
FEAS 12th Onsite Training in Bucharest, Romania, hosted by the Bucharest Stock Exchange, concluded with a Certificate Awarding Ceremony and closing remarks.
