Newsletter January Agenda F E B R U A R Y A F T E R Focus: Chef Paul Bocuse Week What is the Chef Paul Bocuse Week? The idea was first conceived during the 2013 Annual Board in Mexico. Members wanted to celebrate the 10th year anniversary of the Worldwide Alliance by organizing a week of events that would promote the network, highlight its values, and strengthen bonds between members, as well as paying tribute to Paul Bocuse. Creating unity in diversity, the guideline of the event was the 4 cardinal points in reference to Chef Paul Bocuse brasseries in Lyon and respecting 4 fundamental principles, 4 values and the spread of cuisine in the world. Key figures:  2 weeks of events every two years  Different types of activities: conference about Paul Bocuse’s life and work, culinary demonstrations, workshops, competition, gala dinner, focus on products, special menus…  Held in every member campuses
