Saturday 9/8 – Dynamics day 1
Working late on Friday, the
team managed to solve all
problems with the battery
and reassemble the car, so
rain- and brake-tests were
passed before even the
dynamic events started at
9:00. First up was the
acceleration event, where
the team managed to score
a respectable time of 4,14
seconds, which was a
personal best, showing that
the work done between the
FSUK and FSczech paid out.
The time was good enough
Rain test
to secure the 1st place, so the team decided to proceed with the skidpad instead of
doing an attempt with the second driver. After some setup changes, the team
proceeded in doing a 5,53 sec lap, which was slower than FSUK but good enough
to gain us the 1st place as well. After
lunch break, it was time for the
Autocross event. 1st driver did 68 and
65,78 seconds in the first and second
lap, giving some valuable feedback for
the track condition
