2 Christmas in July This month’s Branch Dinner was well attended and in keeping with Christmas in July, we had fruit mince pies and cake, a tree, tinsel and we played the present swap game, played Heads & Tails for a bottle of wine and had several lucky door prizes. The raffle for the Yamaha swag was drawn, under ex-police supervision, by an innocent bystander . The swag was won by a rather embarrassed president... Thanks to all who made it such a fun night. A Wyndham-to-Wyndham Adventure With bike packed and ready for the OCR, Steve Treloar set off on Sunday for his Wyndham NSW to Wyndham WA trip. He is taking some memorabilia of the old police station that was accidentally built in NSW instead of WA back in the 1880’s to share with locals once he gets there. The trip is expected to take 3 weeks and cover 11,000km. Eden Epicurean Experience… of sorts.
