This behaviour can also have a negative impact on physical health. Bedtime is later than it used to be due to staring at screens overtime, which is really harmful for young people’ s eyes, especially at night. Meanwhile, many people using their phones may want to feel comfortable so they lie on the bed or sofa to play on their phones, which could influence their body posture. It is never too late to change— just stop moving forward in the wrong direction and face the real world to enjoy life instead. There are many ways to experience beauty in our lives away from the internet. Young people should pay more attention to family. Family creates a sense of belonging for people. Having a walk after dinner or going hiking on weekends with family members contributes to a very harmonious family atmosphere, which can be a great source of happiness. When they young have a positive relationship with their families, they can have a good mood to start everyday of their lives.
Additionally, young adults should take part in school life, such as learning something that they are interested in or attending some clubs, which can also improve the way students lead their lives. Firstly, they should learn more than the knowledge needed to complete their academic assignment. This would be helpful for their future by making them wiser and better prepared. In addition, joining in clubs and activities could let them learn more social skills and become more outgoing to get along well with others. Secondly, they should sometimes meet friends to make friend circles, which are able to support each other through issues they may all be experiencing. When they get older and recall this period, it will be a precious memory called youth.
In conclusion, it is true that the internet is a great invention that has influenced people’ s lives a lot. However, there are families to accompany, friends to make, nature to view, life to experience. All of these things help people focus less on the digital world and more on the root and truth of reality.
