ANNOUNCEMENTS DBS EPS with Letter of Authorisation (LOA) Starting from 1 May 2013, DBS credit card holders would be able to enjoy our Easy Payment Schemes (EPS) alongside with UOB & OCBC credit cards. DBS credit card holders can choose to use our DBS Letter of Authorisation (LOA) to make payment. The Distributor only has to go through these simple steps: 1) Bring the LOA form to the customer/downline (cardholder). 2) Customer/downline to fill up the form in ALL required fields. 3) Bring the original and fully completed LOA to our Order Processing counters to process the EPS application. The Distributor will be responsible for verifying the card details and the cardholder’s signature on the LOA. The Distributor will also be liable should the cardholder subsequently dispute charging the payment to his/her credit card. The EPS through LOA system is applicable to all ongoing 6 and 12-month products with EPS. All 24month EPS are only available during the product promotional months. It is applicable for both pick-up and delivery orders. The Letter of Authorisation will be available at all our Order Processing counters as well as online through our website under the Forms folder. Easy Payment Scheme (EPS) with Letter of Authorisation Terms and Conditions:  Payment can only be made via an DBS, UOB, or OCBC credit card.  The 24-month installment payment plan is available during promotional months only.  The completed Letter of Authorisation must be submitted to our Order Processing department by the last working day of the month in order to qualify for the month’s PV and BV.  The installment plan is subjected to DBS, UOB and OCBC’s approval.  AMWAYTM may, at its discretion, randomly call the cardholder to confirm the purchase before processing the EPS transaction.  AMWAY reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. Purchase of products under Easy Payment Plan (EPP) Should you assign your allocated EPP quantities to your Distributors in Malaysia, Brunei and/or Singapore, the following terms and conditions will apply:  In the event of a default in payment by your assigned Distributors, you shall be responsible for their settlement. AMWAYTM will deduct from your bonuses and/or recover the full amount outstanding or balance thereof, by whatever means AMWAY deems necessary. The amount due will be equivalent of the currency in the country where the product was purchased.  In addition, you will be disqualified from all other EPPs should you:  Not conduct your accounts satisfactorily for the last 12 months.  Return high-ticket items or made high return of goods purchased.  Default in payment of any one EPP. 38
