ANNOUNCEMENTS ORDERS Month-End Closing: Cancellation of Orders To ensure timely month-end closing and bonus calculation, we seek your kind attention to the following: 1) Cut-off dates for our month-end processing All month-end orders must be paid before 7.30 p.m of the cut-off date to ensure confirmation of orders and corresponding PV/BV. Orders not paid before 7.30 p.m of the cut-off date will be cancelled and its corresponding PV/BV will subsequently be cancelled and adjusted. Please ensure payment of orders before 7.30 p.m of the following dates: CUT-OFF DATES July 4 August 2014, Monday 2 September 2014, Tuesday September CUT-OFF DATES ORDERING MONTH August ORDERING MONTH 2 October 2014, Thursday October 4 November 2014, Tuesday January 4 February 2014, Tuesday February 4 March 2014, Tuesday March 2 April 2014, Wednesday April 5 May 2014, Monday May 3 June 2014, Tuesday November 2 December 2014, Tuesday June 2 July 2014, Wednesday December 5 January 2015, Monday Please be advised that order cancellations (especially from your downline distributors) may result in non-qualification for awards and rewards for that particular month. The company will not be responsible or liable for any qualification(s) missed as a result of such order cancellations. The ordering function will be suspended once there is a cancelled order. An administrative fee of S$5 will be levied for reactivating the ordering function. Payments will have to be made at Order Processing counter. Kindly inform your distributor organisation. 2) Orders Paid But Not Collected From Our Warehouse Recently, we have noticed many orders which had been paid but not collected from our warehouse. Some of these orders were left in our warehouse for many weeks. This has created a challenge in terms of space management for our warehouse staff. Kindly inform your distributor organisation to collect their orders immediately upon payment. We shall keep these orders for seven calendar days (from the date of order), after which the stock will be placed back into our Inventory. Your orders will be cancelled and PV/BV will be adjusted accordingly. Refund of your paid orders will be made via bonus in the following month.
