NEW PROGRAMME New Distributor Experience Programme (NDEP) Frequently Asked Questions 1. Is the issuance of product e-voucher on 3th, 5th and 7th month based on sign-up date? Issuance of the product e-voucher will be based on 3rd, 5th or 7th month from the sign-up month. For example, those signed up on 1 July, 10 July or 20 July 2014, will all receive the first product e-voucher on 1 September 2014 (3rd month); second product e-voucher on 1 November 2014 (5th month) and third product e-voucher on 1 January 2015 (7th month). 2. Do we have any option to extend the e-voucher period if the new Distributors don't redeem their e-voucher on time? Validity of all the e-vouchers under this programme is 30 days. e-Vouchers cannot be redeemed when the validity period is over. 3. If my first personal purchase is worth DP$1,050, do you mean that I am only getting $40 savings? You enjoy 10% savings on your first personal purchase up to DP$400, which means savings up to $40. 4. Can I accumulate my purchases up to DP$400 over the period of 30 days and enjoy the 10% savings? No. The 10% savings is for your first personal purchase up to DP$400 within the first 30 days of your Distributorship. It means one order in a single receipt. 5. What if the first personal order is less than DP$400? If the new sign-up buys less than DP$400, he/she will enjoy 10% savings on the purchase. There is no minimum amount required for this first personal purchase reward. 6. If upline placed order and volumed down to the new Distributor because he/she only want to buy something less than DP$400, will that order enjoy 10% savings? Will it be counted as first purchase? The 10% saving will only applicable for first personal order. Upline volume down order to the new Distributor is not eligible for the 10% savings and not counted as first personal purchase. So, the new Distributor is still eligible to place his/her first personal purchase up to DP$400, within 30 days of his/her Distributorship and enjoy 10% savings. 7. Under the NDEP, personal order does not include volume down orders and EPP orders. Since all ongoing promotions are included, why not EPP order for new Distributors?
