Q- What do you enjoy most in Tenby?
A- The fact that we get to be friends with people from other races. In other schools, most of the students tend to be friends with the same race, but Tenby thought me otherwise. I got to make friends from different races and they make the school more interesting.
Q- Whats the best experience you've had so far in Tenby?
A- Probably spring charity carnival. Alot of stalls were opened during the day and the motif of the carnival is to raise money for charity and the fact that i’ve helped out in that while experiencing opening up a stall and doing a small business to help charity gave me the experience and life lesson to appreciate the little things in life.
Q- Do you enjoy being a prefect? If so, why?
A- Yes. At first i was hesitant on becoming a prefect as I wasn't too confident myself. But as the days go by and associating myself with the senior prefects, they thought me how to be self-confident and brave enough to say my thoughts. They also thought me about leadership and how to lead a group in a proper manner.
Q- Out of all the programs Tenby has held, which was the most memorable ?
A- For me, the Tenby Leadership Programme (TLT), because the prefects were assigned to make this happen and gather as much participants as we can, with the help of the prefect teachers too. The fact that everything went smoothly although it was us prefects organising , it proves that we can work as a team to make things happen. Plus, leadership and teamwork is very important, without it the event wouldn't have went as smoothly as it was. It was really fun! The activities made everyone competitive and eager to win first place.
Q- What further improvement would you like to see in Tenby from a student's perspective?
A-It'd be a nice change to see more students actively participating in more events and programmes held by the school.
