Jodi is the owner of Focus Fitness, a certified Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach. After graduating from Greensboro College with a degree in Exercise and Sports Studies, she worked many years in the traditional gym environment. After a while she decided to start her own Fitness company and Focus on empowering women.
