What are some realistic nutritionrelated New Year’ s resolutions that can last the whole year and not like a few weeks or months?
It’ s important to set goals that work for you! If you don’ t exercise now and expect to start going to the gym 5 days each week that will not stick long term. Evaluate what you’ re doing now and what you would like to change. I would then make sure those new goals are a realistic starting place and then you can add to them or increase throughout the year. If you want to exercise more start out with 1-2 days and when you are achieving that on a regular basis increase it to 2-3 days and so on. This will help those goals stay long term instead of burning out and quitting.
