Fidget spinners are the new school craze, everyone's got one even though they were meant for kids with specific difficulties. These fidget spinners have even been developed from those used in classrooms purposefully for quite some time. You can even get rainbow fidget spinner.

BOTTLE FLIPPING
Bottle flipping is a craze that has been going on for quite a while now, buy a bottle of water, drink half of it and start flipping. It's truly simple and personally I don't see the point of it, but for some reason it's now something that everyone's doing! They're banned in some schools but why is this so-called activity so popular?
I asked head of year 9: Mr. Ap Thomas (pictured below) what he thought, “I think boys like the competitive element to it I think they see youtubers/people on Facebook do it and they want to do it too. I think, your generation see youtubers/internet people as inspiration, there's always a fad."

These toys became highly popular in 1920s. You could get all sorts of colors and perform countless tricks.
Portable cassette players
These are music playing devices that you can carry around with you on the go, they use tape to store the music of your choice. But there was only a certain amount of space on the tape, and these devices have now been overtaken by newer technology such as IPods, IPhones and MP3 Player.
Snake (the game)
Following on from the widespread use of mobile phones came the addictive game Snake. Snake first appeared in 1996 on the Nokia 6610 and it was very popular when it first came out.
