Anandkumar cleared & was declared qualified in The Engineering Services Examination 1996 and inducted as a Group A Officer of Department of Telecom in the cadre of I.T.S Indian Telecom Service. Has undergone Advanced level training at Ghaziabad & Jabalapur. After successful completion of training , Anandkumar was posted to BSNL and has served as below :
- DET - 1998-2001 Divisional Engineer – Telephone Exchange Kalaburgi
- DyGM - 2001 to 2011 - Chikmangalore, Bidar & Kalaburgi Telecom Districts
- DyGM - 2011 to 2017 - Solapur Disrict Maharashtra Telecom
- GM - 2018 till date
As a senior Officer in administrative grade of Indian Telecom Service Anandkumar has been overall Incharge for planning, operations, development of Telecom Network in the above Districts.
Currently Anandkumar is serving as General Manager(Planning) and in-charge of planning for telecom network of Bengaluru Telecom, District. Bengaluru.
Anandkumar wife Tanuja is a house wife and Son Akash is studying in final year MBBS at Bangalore Medical College.

Anandkumar Rangrez Completed his Graduation in Bachelor Of Engineering in Electronics & Communication Engineering from PDA College of Engineering in the year 1989, Anandkumar joined M. Tech program at I.I T Mumbai through GATE exam in the Department of Electrical Engg with Controls specialization. After completion of the course in Jan 1992 and joined PDA college of Engineering as faculty in the Department of Electronics & Communications and served upto April 1998.
