these Students have to Participate in
group discussions where they are tested
for their communication skill (listening
and speaking)initiative, thought
process, leadership and team spirit.
The short listed candidates from group
discussion will then move on to the last
phase that is face to face interview
wherein they are tested for their technical
knowledge, ability to present them
selves, their behavior, the work they have
done so for in Engineering in terms of
project work, additional skills acquired
and any responsibility assumed during
their Engineering studies.
The selected candidates are then
offered the jobs.
What we have done
In order to make the students aware of the
whole process and in order to develop their
capability for the recruitment Process, the
college has introduced one credit based
course from the 1st semester itself.
I & II Semester – Communication Skills
III & IV Semester- Soft skills
V & VI Semester – Aptitude
The Purpose of credit courses in each
semester is to bring in Seriousness and
commitment by the students in the subjects.
All these courses are thought by
professionals from the hired agencies.
T & P activities
The T&P Cell and conducts workshops and
seminars in the latest technology so that
Students can develop skills and enhance
their employability.
To conduct these programs the T&P cell has
a dedicated computer center with 114
computers, projector and public address
system. All online tests are also conducted
in this center.
