Implementation Program
NOTE TO REVIEWERS:
The Implementation Program is the work program for achieving the Comprehensive Plan’s goals
and policies. The Implementation Program contains the public actions that will be undertaken to
make progress towards achieving the goals and policies included in the Comprehensive Plan, and
the process by which the zoning ordinance and map will be amended to align, if necessary, with
the Comprehensive Plan.
This Preliminary Draft includes a look at the existing conditions portions of the Comprehensive
Plan. The Implementation Program will be released for public review at the end of March 2016
along with the goals and policies for each element (Chapters 3 – 14).
