Some work only a specific geographic area or neighborhood . Some work with a particular type of product , such as waterfront condos or golf course communities . Some specialize by client type , such as working with retirees , veterans , move-ups , or first-time buyers .
Be thinking about how your interests , your spheres of influence , and your body of knowledge might fit into a niche market . Being the knowledgeable , go-to expert in your chosen market adds value . As you build your business , you can expand into additional markets .
