2 . Identify a problem or pain point . Then amplify the frustration , concern , or worry . Example : I work with many first-time buyers who are trying to purchase a home in a seller ’ s / uncertain / tight market . They are worried that they may not be able to own their own home .
3 . Offer your solution . Example : I have tools and systems to locate homes coming to market and I don ’ t give up until I find the home that ’ s right for them .
4 . Question and Call to Action . Example : May I give you my card ? Please call me if you or someone you know needs my help .
