MALE SEMINARY RECREATION CENTER ( MSRC ) At 1501 Graham Ave . in Tahlequah , MSRC is a gym free to use for Cherokee Nation citizens , tribal employees and seniors 70 and up . Non-citizen membership is only $ 20 / month and $ 30 / month for families .
