This course is designed to help you develop the relevant oral , written , ICT and communication skills . It is an ideal course to prepare you for progression options at QQI level 5 .

Course IT Skills QQI Level 4
This programme module aims to provide the learner with the knowledge , skills and competence to perform a range of tasks in Microsoft Word and webmail applications . Learners will develop and a wide range of computer skills and build on their existing ICT knowledge throughout the course .
