Information & Communication Technology – QQI Level 4( Major Award)
Course
IT Skills – QQI Level 4 This module will help you develop the skills and knowledge necessary to create and edit a range of electronic documents using Microsoft Word. This module is designed to increase your skills in document creation and enhancement using Microsoft Word. You will learn how to create a range of documents, edit and format text, create tables to include in your document, work with files, close the application and exit correctly.
Spreadsheets – QQI Level 4 This module, aims to equip you with the knowledge skills and competence to create and modify spreadsheets using common spreadsheet operations, formulas and functions. Learn to create a database using suitable formulas and manipulate data in an excel sheet. This course is suitable for learners with a foundation knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Office Skills – QQI Level 4( Major Award)
Communications and Career Planning – QQI Level 4 Preparation for Further Study( Communications and Computer Skills) – QQI Level 4 This course is designed to help you develop the relevant oral, written, ICT and communication skills. The course covers groupwork, interview skills presentation skills and CV preparation. It is an ideal course to prepare you for progression options at QQI level 5.
Customer Service – QQI Level 4 This course is designed to help you develop the relevant oral, written, ICT and communication skills. The course covers groupwork, interview skills presentation skills and CV preparation. It is an ideal course to prepare you for progression options at QQI level 5.
Payroll – QQI Level 5 This programme module aims to equip the learner with the knowledge, skills and competence, necessary to operate and maintain accurate payroll records using manual and computerised SAGE systems.
Care Skills – QQI Level 5 This programme module aims to equip the learner with the skills, knowledge and competence to care for clients in a safe and hygienic environment. Learners will develop the necessary knowledge to respond effectively to clients individual care needs. The course will assist the learner to acquire practical skills in the area of client personal care. This is a mandatory module for the Healthcare Support QQI Level 5 Major Award.
