Ralph has worked as CEO of the Nordic part of the American sports and clothing group Champion for more than 30 years, where he has also been Board member of Champion Europe S. P. A. Being a former Board member of Midsona AB, Ralph has experience from listed companies. |

Pernilla has been self‐employed and ran a hair salon with employees between 2012 – 2016, after which she has worked within New Wave Group. Unit Manager for spa operations at Kosta Boda Art Hotel( 2016 – 2019), Lead Buyer for Kosta Fashion( 2019 – 2021), Import Planner and Logistics Coordinator for New Wave Mode( 2021 – 2022), and thereafter Buyer and Product Developer for Cutter & Buck Europe. Pernilla is also part of the management team for the Group’ s companies in Dingle( New Wave Mode AB, Projob Workwear AB, and D & J Home and Gifts AB). |
