THE PARENT COMPANY
The Board of Directors and the CEO hereby certify that the annual report has been prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles in Sweden, and that the consolidated financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards( IFRS). The annual report and the consolidated financial statements provide a true and fair view of the financial position and results of the Parent Company and the Group.
The management report for the Parent Company and the Group provides a fair review of the development of the operations, financial position, and results, as well as a description of the principal risks and uncertainties faced by the Parent Company and the companies included in the Group. Furthermore, the Board of Directors and the CEO also confirm that the sustainability report has been prepared in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards( ESRS) as adopted by the EU, as well as in accordance with the EU Taxonomy Regulation.
