The share capital in New Wave amounted to SEK 199,030,629
distributed among a total of 66,343,543 shares. Each with a
quota value of SEK 3.00. The shares carry identical rights to the
Company’s assets and profits. Each Series A share is entitled to ten
votes and each Series B share is entitled to one vote. New Wave’s
Series B shares are listed at OMX Stockholm Mid Cap.

Dividend policy
The Board’s objective is that distribution
to shareholders should be the equivalent
of 40 % of the Group's result after taxes
over one business cycle.

The number of shareholders amount to
13,780 (14,509) on 31 December 2018.
Institutional investors accounted for
46 % of the capital and 13 % of the votes.
At the same time the ten largest share-
holders held 68 % of the capital and
91 % of the votes. Non-Swedish share-
