With high expectations placed on educators to reach every exceptional students' needs, why aren't governing administrative unions taking care of the exceptional teachers needs as well?

Are Boards doing anything to put new policies in place to support teacher exceptionalities, or must exceptional teachers suffer in silence without supports?

Can the Board ensure that exceptional teachers are treated fairly in the school environment (barrier-free, stigma-free and fair access)?

Who is taking care of the exceptional teachers needs?
