Nineteen participants completed a 10-question survey entitled "Your Health as an Occasional Teacher." All of the nineteen participants were students within the Faculty of Education at York University. The data was collected for 8 days from Tuesday, March 4, 2014 to Wednesday, March 12, 2014.

The survey objectives was to hear to voices of the future OT's and represent that in a numerical measure. A measurement can give a specific, constant and precise analysis of an issue. I measured the unseen needs of those with medical health needs as well as the collective contract inequalities.

Using quota sampling within Quanititive research, this survey provides empirical support to prove that the process towards gaining access to the Employmnet Benefits [EBP] for OT's is unethical. I want policymakers to acknowledge and address this problem.
