But what has become a good thing for us as consumers, has become a battle of sorts between the creators/developers as From creating unrealistic baby hair to stealing baby hair maps, what won't the creators/developers do to have everyone wearing their hairstyles. I won't include any names in this article but I am aware of an occurance of which a well known hair creator/developer copied the baby hair map of another creator/developer who I am acquainted with. Is it really worth gaining a dishonest reputation for such a theft just so that you can gain a quick buck? Well to say the least, I was definitely shocked that something of this nature would occur from someone who is so highly viewed and respected within the IMVU community. Morals seem to vanish when it comes to you being in or trying to obtain the "number one spot" on IMVU. I, myself, have taken a more unrealistic route with my hair color as you all know as I feel it matches my personality and name to perfection. I have created my own baby hair map and have applied it to my own hair color texture and I must say I am definitely pleased with my end result. If a rookie as myself, is able to create my own map to create a realistic look on IMVU, why can't someone who has been in the game far longer then myself do the same?
Realistic Hair has taken over IMVU and we all welcome it with open arms, but what risks do creators/developers take, when it comes to having everyone wearing their hairstyles..
