A: Bonus Time availability is based on other owners not showing up for their week, checking in late or checking out early. 3 steps that will increase your success in booking Bonus Time are:

•Call in your request on the designated call in date (up to 21

days out)

•Call again the week of your requested date.

•Sign up for your resort’s “Bonus Time/Any Time” wait list

Q: What is GPX?

A: GPX (Grand Pacific Exchange) is the GPR provided option for trading your week GPX member benefits include:

•No annual membership fee

•Access to all GPR resorts

•Ability to check availability before you deposit your week

•Guest certificates at no additional charge

Q: Do I have to prepay my Annual Maintenance Fees if I want to bank/exchange a year in advance?

A: No, as long as you are up-to-date on your current year fees you can bank your week.

Q: Can I let friends or family use my week?

A: Yes, you can allow family or friends to use your week. Just notify your resort in writing with the names of your guests checking in. Your guests must include an adult 21 years or older.

Q: What if I am unable to use my week?

A: You can bank your week with an exchange company, rent your week, or gift your week to family or friends. Please call either Owner Services or your resort directly for help with these options.
