Welcome – To Grand Pacific Resorts!

Your new vacation ownership gives you access to luxurious accommodations at your home resort as well as resorts around the world!

Grand Pacific Resort Management, your resort’s management company, is also happy to provide you with a wide range of additional programs, benefits, and services exclusively for your enjoyment. You will find detailed information about these benefits inside this Welcome Package. Please take a few minutes to review all of the enclosed material.

A Grand Pacific Owner Service representative will be contacting you in the near future to get you started and to answer any questions you may have concerning your ownership.

Your Owner Services representative will also talk to you about signing up for one of our Vacation Ownership 101 classes (VO 101). These classes have been carefully designed to provide you with useful information about your ownership and to help you get the most out of your vacations year after year.

Your ownership also includes membership in your resort’s Homeowners Association. You should have received all of your Association documents including your Rules and Regulations, CC&R’s and all other governing documents the day you purchased. If, for some reason, you cannot find them, please let us know and we will be happy to send you an additional copy.
