Dolphin Tank Pitch Session Series – Springboard hosts friendly feedback pitch sessions in
locations across the country in partnership with universities, economic development groups and
corporations as stand-alone events and co-located with leading industry conferences. The program is
designed to assist aspiring entrepreneurs with actionable insights from knowledgeable people. The
Dolphin Tank isn’t about Sharks and Piranhas or a competition for the best idea of the moment; it's
about leveraging the expertise and connections of the network.

CUSTOMIZABLE PROGRAMS
Springboard has a number of programs that it regularly hosts throughout the year in collaboration with
partners and sponsors looking to customize a program around their business goals.
•
Salon Roundtable Breakfasts and Dinners – Springboard hosts small breakfasts and dinners
(10-15 participants) targeting a select group of advisors, alumnae or investors according to the topic
and business goals of the sponsoring organization.

Make It Big Seminars – Springboard hosts half-day seminars in collaboration with local
organizations that are designed to offer women business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs an
introduction to the strategies and resources to grow their businesses in that region, with a focus on
how to operate like a public company right from the start, including discussions about legal structure,
IP protection, setting up your financial system.

Build It Big Workshops –Springboard hosts a results-oriented workshop for companies with a
high potential for growth, broadly defined, that would benefit from input from a team of trusted
advisors with areas of expertise that are critical to companies looking to scale. Selected companies
participate in a series of advisory sessions with the partners (topics may include: choosing the right
capital source, getting your financial house in order and important legal issues such as licensing and
protecting intellectual property) and then showcase their business at a presentation session before
innovators, investors and influencers and receive ongoing support from the Springboard network.
Stage and industry of selected companies can be tailored according to the business goals of the
sponsoring organization.

Springboard @Partnerships – Springboard seeks partnerships with large industry conferences
looking to white label Springboard’s recruitment, screening, coaching processes and pitch sessions to
find and feature breakthrough new technologies.
