THEATER SEASON PREVIEW Then Came Each Actor (April 10-26, 2015) Women Playwrights Series (April 2015) The Women Playwrights Series, in its 22nd season, is dedicated to providing a working platform for the unique voice of women writing for the theatre, and has brought more than 15 plays from development through to production since its inception, including the English Bride by Lucile Lichtblau, which premiered at Centenary Stage and transferred to a sold-out run at 59E59 Theatre in New York. We have worked with over 60 playwrights in our 20+ years, in a developmental program which offers a week of rehearsal with professional actors and directors for the playwright, and public presentation for the essential audience feedback process necessary to the craft of playwrighting.
