THEATER SEASON PREVIEW APRICOT SKY PRODUCTIONS Montclair, NJ www.apricotskyproductions.com We are a theater/film company that does original plays, and usually do about 2 shows a year (sometimes 3 if we are doing a charity show). This season we did not do a show in the Spring, but are hopefully planning a show to raise money for ALS in November. This would be a 2 night charity event. We have been around since 1999 and that we do original plays (mostly one-acts), but still we do all original works. We welcome submissions and are always looking for actors, actresses, cast, crew, directors and set designers. Improv troupe / Variety show We will be doing dinner shows for the regularly scheduled shows AND The Hitman Interactive Murder Mysteries. A unique concept in community theatres, the Grange Playhoyuse, a 19th century schoolhouse, home of a collective of organic farmers, is also the home of a collective of producers, writers, directors, actors, musicians, and designers. The Grange Playhouse produces a new show to run for the second and third weekends of every month. All shows are original works or classics in the public domain that are being produced in a new way, i.e., modernizing Shakespeare.
