calendar of the next year. We
then start picking apart the calendar.
First on the clock are the resident
theater companies. The order is
chosen by:
1) Hackensack based organizations first. If more than one company is a Hackensack based organization then we look to see
how long they have been doing
shows with us. If that is equal then
we look at how many Hackensack
residents are members of the organization, if that is equal then we
flip a coin.
2) The non-Hackensack organizations order starts with how long
they have been with us doing
shows with us, if that is equal then
we look at how many Hackensack
residents are members, if that is
equal then we flip a coin. When
the calendar picks begin, the resident companies have their time on
the clock to pick dates, they have
3 rounds of picks, and they can
choose a two, 2 weekend runs (with
and 11 day load in), one 3 weekend
run (also an 11 day load in). When
they are finished the fringe companies then pick the left over dates
until the calendar is filled.
