As you can imagine the needs of these different events vary vastly from event to event so I have to be ready to adjust and help with all of the technical needs and artistic needs for each event. One of the hardest things that I have to deal with is scheduling all of these programs, and I wanted to be open for any arts organization to have a chance to use the facility. So I devised a New Jersey Stage system to let all groups regardless of the artistic discipline to have a fair chance to have their event produced. I started with the format used for the NFL draft.   First: There are 3 to 4 “resident” companies all other companies are call “fringe” companies. Their tenure as a resident company is 4 years, when the 4 years is up they can either move to a larger facility or they stay with us, but if they stay with us they go back to being a fringe theater company.  Every April we hold a meeting and any arts organization wishing to use the facility is welcome to attend.  At the meeting we go over rules and regulations as well as some issues that may have come up during the previous year’s October 2014 pg 122
