The starring actors usually get all of the audience accolades as they are the main focus however, they would be nothing without their supporting players, director, stage manager, music di- New Jersey Stage rector, stage crew, set crew, publicity people, and other personnel who contribute not only to a success of a show but its very existence. Very often in Community Theater and in Equity Theater many of the aforementioned show duties are filled by the same people.
