Always have been. I love horror
films that build tension and suspense and keep you on the edge
of your seat. I’m not a fan of torture. I can’t stand it. I’m not a fan
of gratuitous gore. When I watch
a horror film, or any film for that

with strong characters. When you
connect with the characters and
get lost in a story that keeps you
guessing, you want them to survive that much more. In my opinion, gore works when it’s part of
the story. John Carpenter’s The

strong characters, a suspenseful
story, and incredible effects and
gore. It’s a perfect film.
