To keep the community’s mo- mentum going year after year, it’s definitely important to have supportive locals and business owners who want to be a part of it. That’s where Hidden Grounds came in, for example, and contin- ues to make such an impact today across all of their locations. Shout out to their new store, Simply Chai, opening in Hoboken. Caroline Romanelli of Embrace DIY also deserves a shout out for her hard work booking shows. They’re always a lot of fun to go to/play at and a perfect reminder of what makes the community special.
